Erma graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) (Hons.), First Class Honours, from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM). She then completed her pupillage at one of Malaysia’s leading insurance litigation firms, where she gained exposure to a wide range of insurance-related disputes and claims.

Admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya, Erma has since focused her practice on insurance litigation. She has experience in managing claims, drafting pleadings, submissions, and appeals, as well as conducting trials. Erma is also actively involved in out-of-court negotiations and settlements, where she applies her understanding of litigation strategy to secure practical and effective outcomes for clients.

In her current role, Erma continues to handle insurance litigation matters while assisting in employment and general dispute resolution cases. Her experience spans both advisory and contentious work, and she is recognised for her analytical approach, meticulous preparation, and commitment to achieving fair and efficient resolutions for clients.
